Conduril - Engenharia, S.A. was incorporated in 1959 as a limited company,
purchased in 1970 by the current shareholders, and transformed into an
anonymous society in 1976. It is a publicly traded organization, with social capital
of 10 million Euros, represented by shares on the Portuguese Securities Market
Comission and listed on the second Euronext Market (Portugal).
The Board of Directors is headed by the Chairman and includes seven other
members, all with professional careers developed within the company, who
constitute the Executive Committee. The company is based in Ermesinde - Portugal
and has expanded its activities with branches in Angola, Mozambique, Morocco,
Botswana, Cape Verde, Spain, Malawi, Senegal, Zambia, Gabon and South Africa.
The persons in charge in each of these countries are members of the Board of
Directors.
