TLC Engineering Solutions continues to provide highperformance

services. Founded in 1955 and consistently ranked among the
largest MEP and structural engineering firms in the country, we
are an industry leader with expertise in diverse markets, from
education to healthcare to aviation.
Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, TLC has eight offices
across Florida as well as offices in Nashville, Tennessee;
New Orleans, Louisiana; Dallas, Texas; Philadelphia and
Willow Grove, Pennsylvania; and Atlanta, Georgia. Our highly
qualified team of 380+ professionals includes professional
engineers, LEED-accredited professionals and ACG-registered
commissioning authorities, coupled with specialists in
acoustics, energy management and technology.
COMPUTER AND BIM APPLICATIONS
TLC was an early adopter of BIM, resulting in years of
experience in creating streamlined designs that are integrated
with architectural partners, support construction activities and
achieve clients’ goals. Our standard design and production
tools include Revit MEP, Revit Structural and IESVE for
Engineers for energy modeling and design analysis. We have
experience in coordinating models via Navisworks, leveraging
third-party software to enhance efficiency while using
integrated project delivery to gain constructability and real-time
cost data. We use a variety of software programs for detailed
analysis and illustration and employ virtual machines to work
nearly anywhere.
