The bells really are ringing out for Christmas, as<br />
<strong>Wigan</strong> Rotary Club invites you to follow their festive<br />
float for Christmas <strong>2019</strong>! Santa will make his rounds<br />
in the borough each evening from 5pm<br />
during the week and 6pm at weekends,<br />
as well as heading to Tesco, ASDA and<br />
Orrell Water Park during the day.<br />
