The auctionwill begin on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. and end onDecember 17, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. The generator is available for inspectionat the Town Hall Annex, 39 Central Street, Rowley, MA duringthe following hours: Mon-Thurs 8:00am-4:00pm, and Friday 8:00am-12:00pm.The generator will be awarded to the responsive bidder offering thehighest price. The starting bid price is set at $6,500. Upon winning theauction, the winning bidder must submit a signed non-collusion formto the jurisdiction prior to the receipt of the supply. The winning biddermust also forward a certified check made payable to the Town of Rowleywithin five business days to the Office of the Board of Selectmen.
