Yvonne Fernando’s latest creative journaling<br />
workshop on Friday 24 <strong>January</strong> will focus<br />
on just this. It will be held at the delightful<br />
Curious House in Stonegate in the heart<br />
of East Sussex – a comforting and homely<br />
setting to make you feel at ease and get your<br />
creative juices flowing. The course is designed<br />
to help you reflect on what 2019 meant for<br />
you and get off to a positive start for <strong>2020</strong>,<br />
inviting you to use creative journaling and<br />
visualisation techniques to find inspiration and<br />
motivation. The workshops costs £95, plus<br />
£10 for materials, and no previous experience<br />
is required, but numbers are limited to eight<br />
so it’s best to book early! If you don’t make<br />
it on time, Yvonne also has a private practice<br />
