According to the motto “back to nature” we offer exquisite<br />
enjoyment, created from regional and seasonal products.<br />
We know our suppliers personally, because we purchase<br />
mainly from domestic, selected producers.<br />
Bread and pastries are baked fresh and still warm every day<br />
delivered.<br />
We obtain freshly caught brown trout and char from<br />
the neighboring town. Fresh, natural milk and the<br />
yoghurt comes from the farmer next door.<br />
The meat, the fruits and vegetables we buy, as often as possible, come<br />
from Tyrol or the neighbouring federal states.<br />
Through all this we manage to create unique freshness in the best<br />
possible quality!
