A hugely popular Giant Chess set consists of
32 black & white pieces in a classic design;
manufactured from strong, high quality
moulded plastic, the pieces have a 24cm
diameter sand/water fillable base for extra
stability and vary in height from 42.5cm
(Pawn) up to 64cm (King). The pieces can be

Giant Chess / Draughts
Mat
3m square Draughts and Chess mat, with
welded seams. Easy to lay and roll up. Held
down by plastic pegs, intended for use on
grass. Checks are 36 x 36cm. Black seam
round the outside of the mat is 3.5cm deep. 8
clear polymer welded eyelet holes, one each
corner and centre of sides. Total diameter of
eyelet is 2.8cm.
Giant Draughts
Made from strong plastic, measures 25cm
in diameter and 10cm deep. Joining rods
are provided with each set for “Crowning of
Kings”.

Draughts Board
The Lawn Friendly Chess Board tiles can be laid
on any surface; exceptionally suitable for outdoors
as the mesh design allows grass to grow without
leaving any unsightly yellowing. There are 64
(32 white and 32 non-fade black) hard-wearing
polyethylene tiles, each measuring 35cm square
and 5mm thick. The tiles interlock to prevent
drifting apart and there is none of the rucking often
encountered with mats
