In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A,
the Rowley Protective Zoning Bylaw, and the Rowley Planning Board
Rules and Regulations, the Rowley Planning Board will conduct a Public
Hearing on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. in the large
meeting room in the Rowley Public Library located at 141 Main Street,
Rowley, MA for a Special Permit Review approval for the proposed
warehouse distribution use located in building #2 (Unit L6) of Forest
Ridge Drive Commercial Park on property located at 26 Forest Ridge
Drive, Assessor’s Map 7, Lot 9, consisting of 63.4 acres, and located in
the Business Light Industry (BLI) zoning district.
The application was submitted by Atlantic Capital Group, LLC, on
behalf of the property owner, Gateway II Trust of 1997, pursuant to Section
4.7.3.(f) (Warehouse distribution facilities) and Section 7.8 (Special
Permits, of the Rowley Protective Zoning Bylaw.)

Trust. The application is a special permit amendment pursuant to Section
8.7 (Personal Wireless Service Facilities), Section 7.6 (Site Plan Review),
and Section 7.8 (Special Permits), of the Rowley Protective Zoning Bylaw.
