Early Bird Entry Date is June 1, <strong>2020</strong><br />
2021 marks the 40th Anniversary <strong>Season</strong> of the Thomas<br />
Edison <strong>Black</strong> <strong>Maria</strong> <strong>Film</strong> <strong>Festival</strong>.<br />
The <strong>Festival</strong> seeks spirited short films that explore, enrich,<br />
and expand the expressive possibilities of film as art.<br />
<strong>Black</strong> <strong>Maria</strong> is an international, open genre, touring festival<br />
seeking short animation, experimental, documentary,<br />
narrative, and hybrid films.<br />
We will be accepting work for our 2021 season on June 1st,<br />
<strong>2020</strong>.<br />
Early Bird Submission Fee is only $30 from June 1st through<br />
July 15th, <strong>2020</strong>.<br />
Regular Submission fee is $35 from July 16th<br />
through the final deadline - October 15th, <strong>2020</strong>.<br />
