Cutter blades
Most Cornell Manure pumps can
be fitted with cutter blades to
improve pump performance when
ragging materials are present in the
pumpage. Cutters can be installed
on pumps with either enclosed or
Delta impellers. There are two cutter
blade versions, the blade cutter, and
the Waste Warrior cutter for severe
ragging/clogging issues.

Redi-Prime
Redi-Prime is a fully automatic
priming and re-priming system
designed by Cornell to work with
most Cornell pumps with Cycloseal ® ,
including manure pumps. Redi-
Prime does not impede the solids
handling capability of the pump nor
change its lift capacity or flow rates.
Environmentally-safe; uses a non-toxic
seal lubricant.

Run-Dry
For applications where there is the
possibility of the pump operating in
a dry condition. Cornell’s Run-Dry
system consists of an auxiliary gland
and oil reservoir that keeps the seal
faces lubricated and prevents dry
running of the seal faces during
priming, re-priming, or loss of suction.
