Political groups
When a party has three or more members
we call this a political group. A
political group with at least five MPs
will receive the financial resources
needed to establish a group secretariat.
The president of the political group acts
as the spokesperson of this group.
Every MP can appoint an assistant to
help him/her with his/her duties. This
assistant is paid for by the
Flemish Parliament.
