Leave your footwear at the door and descend down the winding staircase that leads you to<br />

your under water dining paradise. You’ll enter the most unique dining room with seating<br />

capped at 20 per service. You can enjoy lunch or dinner while submerged 5.8 metres below<br />

the surface giving you spectacular views of the coral reef. The five-course lunch and<br />

seven-course dinner menu are comprised of dishes such as Tuna Tartare with wasabi sorbet<br />

and seasoned wakame, Smoked Lobster and Sea Urchin Mousse, and Seared Wagyu<br />

Tenderloin With Wagyu Cheek Confit. The chefs aim to give diners a theatre like experience,<br />

serving their dishes on trays of pebbles or within giant oyster shells, celebrating the aquatic<br />

environment.<br />

Amazonico<br />

Amazonico, a lush, rainforest-themed restaurant that has opened up in their Mayfair<br />

residence. Per cofounder and chef Sandro Silva, “Amazonico is a journey, a trip down the<br />

Amazon river through Brazil, Colombia, Peru.”With lush foliage hanging from the ceiling,<br />

exotic animals stalking the undergrowth, and a plush green-and-gold colour scheme that<br />
