Hand-crafted from fibre glass into a smooth, shiny gel-coat
surface, the pod’s ellipsoid exterior blocks 90% of outside
noise while its interior foci ameliorate music played from
the integrated 80-watt, four-speaker sound system via an
iPhone/iPod or smart-phone. The system’s subwoofer
generates gentle vibrations through the bed, resonating
through the body to impart restful harmony. The pod’s
biofeedback system—an exclusive feature only available
from Hammacher Schlemmer—uses a pulse sensor that
synchronises your heart rate with 50 LEDs housed in the
pod’s inner perimeter that create ambient mood lighting for

Pierre Marcolini takes us to an imaginary Lapland Village to celebrate the winter
season in their new special collection. For something sweet, the chocolatier invites
us to indulge in untold amounts of hand-crafted praline creations that delight the
palate whilst the enchanting delicacy will be the centrepiece of the most exquisite
dining tables. The collection bears the hallmark of Pierre’s unique skill for which he
is renowned, as well as using exceptional raw ingredients: signature chocolate from
Ecuador and Cameroon, hazelnuts from Piedmont, pistachios from Iran, vanilla from
Madagascar and Tahiti... these will be the flavours of an unforgettable Christmas.
A majestic masterpiece for large dinner parties... the Chocolate Tree is made of the
Maison’s signature chocolate, decorated with six praline bells, placed on a two-drawer
box with a combination of praline bells and an assortment of
