Pierre Marcolini takes us to an imaginary Lapland Village to celebrate the winter<br />

season in their new special collection. For something sweet, the chocolatier invites<br />

us to indulge in untold amounts of hand-crafted praline creations that delight the<br />

palate whilst the enchanting delicacy will be the centrepiece of the most exquisite<br />

dining tables. The collection bears the hallmark of Pierre’s unique skill for which he<br />
