Standard Gladiator Unit

Ideal for open access areas with limited supervision, this is probably the strongest

hot zinc dipped outdoor unit as supplied for the English and Scottish OBI

programmes. The 5mm thick steel backboard is 120cm x 90cm (47” x 35”) with a

45cm (18”) solid steel galvanised ring and white heavy-duty net. Ground sleeves

are available and it withstands load bearing of 490kg. It comes witha 8 year

anti rust warranty and is approved to EN1270 standard (certified). Available as

standard reach with 1.2m (48”) extension arm, weight: 160kg or long reach with

1.8m (72”) extension arm, weight: 170kg

The best outdoor basketball unit for playability made from white galvanised,

weather resistant, steel with a fan shaped backboard 135cm x 115cm (53” x 45”)

and 45cm (18”) solid steel ring with net. 8 year anti-rust warranty on the pole and

a 3 year anti-rust warranty on the backboard. The heavy-duty zinc coated steel

114mm x 4.5mm post has a 1 piece 110cm (45”) gooseneck extension and will

withstand load bearing of 320kg. Installation requires 1m³ (39”) hole, no sleeve or

sockets supplied. Weight: 114kg. Approved to EN1270 standard (certified).
