PRICES, IMAGES & DESCRIPTIONS
You will be supplied by BSL International Limited (trading as Sports Directory). All prices are shown exclusive of VAT or any other
duty, tax, tariff or charge (including delivery charges) arising in the UK or elsewhere which will be charged at the prevailing rate.
Prices are correct at time of going to press but are subject to change without prior notice. Where prices increase prior to delivery
we shall notify you of any such increase and seek your consent to either pay the increased price for the ordered products or
cancel your order. Catalogue products may vary in colour due to photography and the printing process. Always check the
description, sizes and details to be sure of the product. Sports Directory reserve the right to change product specifications or
to supply substitute items of an equal or superior standard in respect of unavailable product. Every effort is made to ensure
that all product descriptions and text within the catalogue are correct. However, Sports Directory reserves the right to amend
descriptions and text and is not bound by the content of the text. You shall accept minor variations to the specification of the
products provided that the variations do not adversely affect the quality of the products or the purpose for which they are
ordinarily supplied. All products remain the property of Sports Directory until the account is paid in full. Title to the products
shall not pass to you until we have received payment in full (in cash or cleared funds) for the products and any other goods or
services that we have supplied to you in respect of which payment has become due.
CARRIAGE CHARGES C+
All prices shown exclude carriage charges. All orders are subject to a standard charge of £10.95 per order. Due to their size or
weight, some products are subject to an additional carriage charge. Such products are identified by our carriage symbol C+.

website.
RETURNS/DAMAGES/SHORTAGES
You shall notify us of any short delivery or damage in transit in writing not later than 3 working days from receipt of the products
after which you shall be deemed to have accepted the products ordered. You must notify us of any non-delivery of all or part of
a consignment in writing not later than 5 working days from the invoice date after which you shall be deemed to have received
the products ordered and no claim can be entertained. On no account should customers attempt to return products without
following procedures outlined by Sports Directory at the time of notification. Products over-ordered, incorrectly ordered or no
longer required will be refunded (subject to a restocking charge) if returned in prime condition and not later than 10 working
days from receipt. There is a cost for collection which is dependent on the product and a 20% restocking charge. Please contact
our sales team for more details. Any items made to order or which carry embroidery or printing of any kind are non-returnable.
In addition please note that all Nike clothing is non-returnable; please make sure you check sizes carefully before ordering.
PAYMENT
We are able to offer Schools a 30-day credit facility. If payment is not made by the due date, Sports Directory reserves the right
to charge interest per month compounded monthly and to charge reasonable costs to recover any arrears. Further supply of
goods will be suspended. Any other action will be taken as necessary to recover the debt and any other costs incurred.
LIABILITY STATEMENT
We do not limit or exclude our liability for, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or the negligence of our
employees, agents or subcontractors (as applicable); fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or any matter in respect of which it
would be unlawful to exclude or restrict liability. Subject to the foregoing sentence, we shall under no circumstances whatever
be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit,
or any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with this catalogue, the supply of products or any order.
Our total liability to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no
circumstances exceed the price of the products quoted on your order in respect of which liability is alleged. All sports and
methods of exercise are potentially hazardous. It is the individual's own responsibility to learn and understand the proper
techniques associated with the use of any products supplied by our company and to fully accept and assume all risks, damages,
injury or death which may result from the use of such items. Whilst we strive to inform, we do not pretend to substitute for

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any delivery order to the extent that such failure or delay is caused
by a Force Majeure Event. A Force Majeure Event means any event beyond our reasonable control, which by its nature could
not have been foreseen, or, if it could have been foreseen, was unavoidable, including strikes, lock-outs or other industrial
disputes (whether involving its own workforce or a third party's), failure of energy sources or transport network, acts of God, war,
terrorism, riot, civil commotion, interference by civil or military authorities, national or international calamity, armed conflict,
malicious damage, breakdown of plant or machinery, nuclear, chemical or biological contamination, sonic boom, explosions,
collapse of building structures, fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, loss at sea, epidemics or similar events, natural disasters or

MY SCHOOL REWARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS
BSL International Limited trading as Sports Directory is the Promoter of this Scheme. Eligible participants will have the
opportunity to be issued with an e-voucher to the value of 25% of certain purchases from the Promoter made whether by post,
fax, telephone or through the Promoter’s website online at: www.sportsdirectory.com (the Website). E-vouchers issued under
the Scheme may only be redeemed on certain purchases made through the Website and expire 6 months from the date of
issue. All participants must be a registered educational establishment and have completed the registration process at www.
sportsdirectory.com/voucher. One registered account permitted per establishment. The Scheme started on 24 April 2017 and
