(FOB)<br />
This is a blended cost of what we pay for cocoa beans<br />
imported into the US and what we pay for cocoa beans<br />
that are processed into cocoa butter and liquor, before<br />
being imported into the US.<br />
FOB cost is the price when our transporter takes<br />
possession of the cocoa beans. This includes costs for<br />
final processing, infrastructure, transportation, farmer<br />
training and agronomists.<br />
