Citadel Arts has a full programme of family events<br />
scheduled for the Easter holidays – here’s what to<br />
expect at the former Argos store on Church <strong>St</strong>reet.<br />
On Saturday, April 4, John Hinton brings his show<br />
‘Ensonglopedia’, bursting with science-themed<br />
songs and rhymes! Entry to the event is free, and<br />
performances take place at 11am, 12pm and 1pm.<br />
The next day sees a hilarious kid-friendly comedy<br />
show come to <strong>St</strong>. <strong>Helens</strong> in ‘Funny Looking<br />
Kids’. Tickets cost £5 or £3 concessions and the<br />
performance begins at 2:30pm.<br />
Babies aged 0-2 will love interactive opera ‘Meet<br />
Me a Tree’, featuring a blend of classical music and<br />
familiar nursery rhymes. Tickets cost £5 per child<br />
(adults go free) and the show starts at 11am, with<br />
optional free play at 10:30am.<br />
Take a magical musical bus ride with ‘Rolling Down<br />
the Road’, featuring singer-songwriter David Gibb.<br />
The whole family won’t be able to resist singing<br />
along! Tickets cost £5 or £3 concessions, and the<br />
pre-show crafts get underway at 12:30pm on<br />
Friday, April 17.<br />
Finally, catch the unmissable Comedy Club for Kids<br />
on Saturday, April 18 from 2pm. The show is perfect<br />
for ages 6+, and invites the best stand ups to cut out<br />
the rude bits and entertain the entire family. Tickets cost<br />
£5 or £3 concessions. Pre-show crafts kick off at 1:30pm.<br />
