against a background of significant investment in
implementing the IN2 Academy and refining IN2’s
BIM offering, support for growth in our London
team, and expansion of the team in our Dublin
headquarters. Our success in competitive tendering
reflects our innovative approach to M&E design,

IN2’s ongoing success and growth has been
based on a clear focus of providing sustainable
engineering design solutions for our projects.
We have consistently developed our in-house
expertise to include a simulation and modelling
department (CFD, Dynamic Thermal modelling,
Lighting Simulation, BIM), CIBSE Low Carbon
Consultant, BREEAM Assessor and AP and LEED
AP (BD+C). These capabilities enable us to become
involved on a project at the earliest stage, and
provide collaborative advice to the architect
and design team. Our advice on building mass
and orientation, fenestration and ventilation
strategies, ensures that the building is designed,
from first principles, to provide ideal comfort, ease
of use, cost and maintenance efficiencies, and
low carbon impact. These capabilities, coupled
with our focus on sustainable, low energy design
solutions, offers our clients, and design team
colleagues a wholly integrated approach to projects
which results in considerable efficiencies in both
coordination of design and cost. Our approach
ensures that our offer is unique, and that our
clients receive an individually tailored services
design solution. This enables us to stand-out from
our competitors in each of the market places we
operate in, and is evidenced by the increase in
turnover and staff levels on a year-on-year basis.
