Building Life
IN2 recognise that often a consultant’s
involvement with a project ends
at handover. We believe in a more
holistic approach to building services
design and aim to stay with the
building from project inception to
long after occupancy. It is vital for
building users to understand how a
building should operate to effectively
gain the efficiencies inherent in our
designs. Our sustainability experts,
along with our engineers are tasked
with educating the occupants in
building services use and monitoring
the energy performance of the
building over the first years of use.
Project Aftercare
IN2 Building Life will offer an
approach which begins at our
first involvement and includes an
aftercare service for the client. This
aftercare will provide the client
with the necessary reassurance
that the design they have paid for
will be utilised to its fullest extent
and that any teething problems will
be resolved.
The practice is now offering CPD
sessions based around our Building
Life approach, which is proving
popular with architects and
clients alike.
