Which guides do you need for your new rod building project? I can tell you that all<br />
of the guides we sell are among the finest made. For instance, our TiCH guides are not<br />
simply ‘plated,’ but rather they go through a process called Physical Vapor Deposition,<br />
or PVD, which results in a very strong bond between the coating <strong>and</strong> the guide. This<br />
is the best coating technology available <strong>and</strong> we use it for our <strong>Hook</strong> & <strong>Hackle</strong> guides.<br />
And our TiCH Stripping Guides have SIC rings -- the hardest material known!<br />

TIP TOPS<br />
Confused about Tip Tops? Match the color/type <strong>and</strong> order the<br />
one that fits the rod tip top size. If it’s part of a kit, you can be<br />
sure that we’ll check the right fit before we send it to you. Many<br />
builders use a “large Loop” tip top for rods that are 7-weight <strong>and</strong><br />
higher. This allows for larger diameter line <strong>and</strong> knots. If you’re<br />
not sure what to use, you’ll never be wrong with the large loop!<br />
