I remember gettingnominated for Geechee One awards, andtho I didn't win, it was awesome to benominated with other great artists. Tobe nominated this year for SCUMA2020 for the Top Awards for any artistis a great honor. Especially this yearwhen I didn't really push these awardsbecause I wanted to honestly see if mysupporters and fans would nominate mewhich I have the greatest fan base inSouth Carolina #Cornersquad. But tobe nominated for the highest awardsespecially with a song with anothergreat artist like Scooda Sease, I am trulyblessed beyond words.10. Out of all of your songs, which onemeans the most to you and why?Don't Bury Me is one of my moreheartfelt ones and means a lot becauseof the meaning, but if I had to saytruthfully, "Ima Do Me" is prettyimportant to me. I wrote that songwhen I was broke and living in a hotelbecause I was practically homeless. Iwrote Ima Do Me after having a mentalbreakdown and was in a rough spot inmy life. I wrote Ima Do Me before thewww.geecheeone.comnew year and used it as a motivation toget my life back on track and itworked. It signifies that Ima Do Me andnot let other BS distract me andcontinue to focus on me and my goals.11. What can we expect from you in2020?You can expect a new sound and aunique voice. I have a new album, "TheRebirth" that drops this summer. Weare planning on pushing it hard all overthe country. Having now performed inLA, I have a new hunger and newmotivation. With my Label CornerSquad and my Signed Label CommunityRecords/Interscope, I am ready to pusheven harder with new videos and moreperformances. I am also looking intofinding new artists and one artist tomanage under my wing. I also havegotten Savannah GA on lockdown to dohosting and bring artists from SC downhere.
