This form should be used if you wish to withdraw money from your <strong>Henderson</strong> ISA, OEIC, Multi-Manager<br />

Funds, Cash Fund or Managed income plan.<br />

DID YOU KNOW?<br />

Rather than selling your investment, you can switch it into another <strong>Henderson</strong> Fund. If you switch within the <strong>Henderson</strong> range of<br />

funds we offer discounts in most cases. If you would like more details on the options available and preferential terms we offer for<br />

switches please call our Customer Services Team on 0800 832 832.<br />

Rather than selling your whole investment you can make a partial withdrawal, providing you leave the minimum investment required in<br />

your account (£1,000 per fund for OEICs, Investment Trusts, Multi-Manager Funds and the Cash Fund or £5,000 in the Managed Income<br />

Plan). To make a partial withdrawal please complete section 2b and let us know how much you would like to sell.<br />

You can continue existing direct debits or start a new direct debit even if you have withdrawn all funds from your account. To<br />

continue your direct debit please complete section 3 of this form or if you would like more information on starting a new direct<br />

debit please call our Customer Services Team on 0800 832 832.<br />

Please note we are unable to provide financial advice. You may wish to discuss the options available to you with a professional<br />

adviser before proceeding.<br />

GUIDANCE NOTES<br />

Dealing days<br />

• ISAs that hold OEICs and Unit Trusts are sold daily<br />

• ISAs that hold Investment Trusts and Equities are sold on Tuesdays and Fridays<br />

• Managed Income Plans (including Managed Income ISA) are sold on Tuesdays and Fridays<br />

All sales are made on the next available dealing day after receipt of your sale instruction.<br />

Settlement Period<br />

• OEICs and Unit Trusts take 4 working days to settle (including those within an ISA)<br />

• Investment Trusts and Equities take 3 working days to settle (including those within an ISA)<br />

• Managed Income Plans take 4 working days to settle<br />

• Cash Fund takes 1 working day to settle<br />

On the day of settlement the proceeds of the sale will be transferred to your bank account (payment will usually take 3 working days to clear).<br />

<strong>Withdrawal</strong> Fees<br />

These vary depending on the investment(s) that you hold. For full details of whether charges will apply to your withdrawal please<br />

call our Customer Services Team on 0800 832 832.<br />

Contract Notes<br />

The day after your holding is sold a contract note/transaction statement detailing the sale will be sent to you.<br />

Anti Money Laundering<br />

Please be advised that under United Kingdom legislation and regulations concerning the prevention of money laundering and terrorist<br />

financing, all investors must be identified and may be required to provide additional information. <strong>Henderson</strong> <strong>Global</strong> <strong>Investors</strong> cannot<br />

authorise the payment of any withdrawals until adequate documentation has been received.<br />

<strong>Henderson</strong> and or the Administrator shall be held harmless and indemnified against any loss ensuing due to any delays occurring as<br />

a result of Money Laundering requirements being satisfied.<br />
