This house for 8 persons was built in 1873 on the Istrian
peninsula near Koromačno, Labin. It is located just 5m from
the sea so it boasts with a really breathtaking view, private
beach and nature all around. It is an amazing and well-hidden
house on a separate place from civilization so you can enjoy
there and relax in peace and quiet. This is the ideal place to
get away from all the troubles and enjoy the sea and nature
around you.
Lighthouse Crna Punta is a near Koromačno on the Istrian
peninsula, just a quick couple of minutes ride from the center
of Koromačno. Approximately 2km away is a smaller town
Skitača, with a supermarket, post office and restaurants.
There is nothing around you, except for nature and crystal
blue-green sea with a forest behind you. You can enjoy in
walks, fishing, jogging and so on. You can also pick some fruits
or mushrooms in the forest and there is also plenty of herbs
for your everyday meals.

Lighthouse Marlera

The Marlera lighthouse was built in 1875. The picturesque villa,
which rises lonely on the rock near the sea, creates with its
white walls a beautiful contrast with the deep blue Adriatic Sea
and the endless blue sky. In 2012, the villa was lovingly
renovated and the charm of the historic building was combined
with modern living comfort. Cozy and at the same time rustic -
the country-style furnishings create an atmosphere of lightness
and relaxation. Of course, a real fireplace should not be
missing. With a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the villa
can accommodate up to 6 people.
The outdoor area has a breathtaking panoramic view, inviting
you to linger. Lovers of culinary delights will be particularly
pleased with the summer kitchen and dining area, but there is
also a very special place for dreamers.
From the large beach bed, you can gaze into the distance and
enjoy the sea air. Maybe you will be lucky enough to see
dolphins. Or just close your eyes and listen to the waves
breaking on the cliffs.

Verudica
Lighthouse

Lighthouse Verudica Pula is designated for up to 6 people - just
15m from the sea, idyllic and harmoniously set among pine
trees and Mediterranean plants. Villa Verudica is a beautiful
lighthouse built in 1877 and renovated at the end of the year
2012. It's situated in the heart of Verudela resort and it offers
you the best of both worlds: you'll have your privacy with your
own doors that lead directly to a pebble beach and at the same
time, everything that you need is right there, just a few meters
away (supermarket, hairdresser, ATM, pool bar, coffee bar,
restaurants, kids club, discotheques, sports and recreating
center,...). You can walk to the beach, lounge on your private
terrace, enjoy the comfortable interiors, play sports, go
shopping, walk along the resort, play with your kids or enjoy in
romantic evenings, ...

Lanterna - Vir

Once a historical lighthouse, today a residential Villa, Lanterns was
built in 1881 on the southwest part of the island of Vir in the times
of the Habsburg monarchy which started building lighthouses along
the eastern Adriatic coast in the beginning of the 19th century. It is
categorized as a 5* luxury house and it fits a maximum of 8 people.
Both the exterior and interior were rebuilt in 2012 in a traditional
yet modern design. In the backyard behind a stone wall there is a
wellness area with sauna, whirlpool, fitness equipment and a
sunbathing spot in the garden filled with Mediterranean herbs.
Behind it is an outside grill and in front of it there is a private beach
with sunbeds. The building is made of stone, settled in the peaceful
part of the island with the coast and walkway next to the
turquoise sea. Behind it there is a pine and oak forrest.
Only 15 meters from the villa there is a beautiful sandy beach
perfect for children and playing. In the evenings the smell of
salt and pines give an extraordinary feeling of being there and
enjoyment in the sounds of the waves.
