OZONE NOTIFICATION:
Ozone is a powerful oxidising agent which is harmful and even lethal to humans in high doses. Ozone
can react explosively with oil and grease, and even low concentrations of ozone can have a significant
effect upon textiles, fabrics, colour fastness of material, organic dyes, electrical wiring, metals, rubber,
plastics, polymers and paints and cause the characteristic
.
cracking of stressed rubber, commonly called
‘weathering’. Ozone oxidises organic matter and inhibits the growth of bacteria (although it does not
kill it).
The Wynn’s Aircomatic® III has been specifically designed for the automotive industry to
deliver safe but effective levels of ozone for odour removal from vehicle interiors and
without risk to the technician or materials in the vehicle cabin.
Wynn’s Aircomatic® delivers 20mg per hour of ozone which
equates to 2-4 parts per million (ppm). As an additional safety
measure, Wynn’s Aircomatic® III will not operate in ozone
mode until a bottle of Air Purifier treatment is added to the
machine.
The Air Purifier liquid will be nebulised into the vehicle after
the ozone treatment is completed to enhance the odour
removal, but most importantly to neutralise any remaining
ozone ensuring complete safety for technicians and drivers.
Wynn’s ozone & Air Purifier treatment:
• Max. concentration of ozone during treatment : 2ppm
• Max. concentration of ozone after treatment & 15 minutes of ventilation : 0.82ppm
• Max. concentration after ozone treatment & Air Purifier treatment : 0.007ppm
After a Wynn’s Aircomatic® III ozone & Air Purifier treatment the vehicle can immediately be
entered and driven away.
Wynn’s Aircomatic® III vs. high-powered Commercial Ozone Generators
Machines producing up to 20g of ozone per hour are now being recommended for automotive use. We
strongly advise against the use of these machines in vehicle interiors as they deliver potentially lethal
levels of ozone and may cause serious damage to the materials in a vehicle cabin.

Aircomatic®III Operating Instructions
Treatment with ozone and Air Purifier
Max. 40 minutes — no dismantling

Fill 1 bottle of 60 ml Wynn’s Air
Purifier in the machine.
Put the machine horizontally
upright on a convenient place
in the middle of the car interior.
Alternatively you can put the
machine: on the floor at the
passenger side,
on the floor between front and
rear seat,

in the trunk. Connect the power plug to a 12
V DC connection in the car
(cigarette lighter or other)
Set treatment level of ozone
generation, by pushing O 3
button. Each push on this
button will select the next
treatment level.
No LED lighted = 0 position. No
ozone treatment. This position
is chosen for average smell
problems.

LED lighted on ‘Low’ position.
Ozone treatment 15 min. This
position is chosen for strong
smell problems.
LED lighted on ‘High’ position.
Ozone treatment 30 min. This

If the LED light is in ‘High’
position and the O 3

pushed, it moves to 0 position.
Connect the outlet tube and
position it, so that it is not too
close to a surface or directed
towards a window.

Push the start button
Before ozone treatment starts
the LED lights will flash
alternating between ‘Low’ and
‘High’.
Get out of the vehicle and close
the doors. The ozone treatment
starts after a short period. This
gives you enough time to leave
the car.
Once the ozone treatment
starts the LED lights will cycle
through, reducing with the
timer. (No vapour is visible.)

After the ozone generation has
finished, the Air Purifier
vaporization will automatically
start.
The machine automatically
switches off • At the end of the
treatment time • At minimum
fluid level.
Open 2 opposite doors and
leave open for about 5
minutes.
Disconnect power source and
dispose of residue.

Treatment with Airco-Clean ® Ultrasonic for Cars

Fill 1 bottle of 100 ml Wynn’s Airco-Clean®
ultrasonic for cars in the machine.
Put the machine horizontally upright on
the floor at the passenger side.
Connect the power plug to a 12 V DC
connection in the car (cigarette lighter or
other).

Start engine.
Set internal temperature to 22°C.
Set fan at lowest speed.

Set air flow to the centre dashboard vents
only.
Set ventilation to "recirculate".
Connect the outlet tube and position it in
the air inlet opening.

Push the ‘START’ button.
Get out of the vehicle and close doors.
The machine automatically switches off •
At the end of the treatment time • At
minimum fluid level.
