15 days to slow the spread but here we are. 45 days under
lockdown. I hope everyone is safe, working or receiving some
form of income. We are all suffering in one way or another.
All I can say is when this is over, we will party like its 1999.
Thank God we are bikers... we already enjoy social distancing.
We own masks and we wish most people would stay the hell
away from us. Let's just get out there and support our local
business.... big time.
Momma
Iz
Dear Momma Iz,
It is no secret I am a conservative. The past few years have been real rough on us. Basically
Obama made it clear he had no use for us, with that the country divided and democrat
politicians have echoed the message that we are not welcome. We are just bible thumping,
gun owning, rights loving people. Sounds good to me, whats the problem? I'm not really sure
other than the message from the democrats to their constituents has been we are racist, hate
women, against everything, and most believe it, without any proof. I dont know any
conservative that hates women, is racist, gay, or is really against anything .. well against
taking our rights we most certainly are. I love everybody, I dont agree with things here and
there but i have never hated anyone or unfriended anyone over it. Now my beef if i had one
is Facebook. Facebook is the two faced friend who starts shit and then does damage control
to save their own ass. They post a story, you comment and bam, youre a bully, a racist, a
Trumpster ... it's time to get off Facebook, ride more and talk to people again, face to face. If
you're a democrat reading this, friend a conservative and stop listening to the hate .
Love and friendship
THE BIKER CLOCK
by Momma Iz
The biker clock is beginning to move again.
The biker clock will not wait another minute, we are riding, we
always will, but our events were put on hold. We made the best of
it, we rode a little longer, we asked friends to join us, we sat
curbside next to our bike and had coffee as if that was something
new. We stared at people not used to sitting curbside with masks on
while we ( I ) made jokes in our minds of hows it feel to be a biker
... well, partly... but most of all we were reminded to be thankful of
who we are and how we live.

CAMP
Janet Truax
Campership Fund
Janet Truax was the summer registrar for Camp Pinnacle for many
years. As the person running registration, Miss Janet made sure every
child who wanted to come to camp was able to do just that. She would
call her church and other friends and say, "this child needs help going
to camp. What can you do?" She made sure scholarship money was
available. She passed at the age of 81 and right to the end she kept up
the fight for kids to be able to come to camp.
Every year 10-20 kids are able to experience the beauty and
adventure at Camp Pinnacle. From horses to motorcycles and fishing
ponds to talent show's, along with s'mores, fireside singing, and the
message of God's love for all of us... it's an amazing experience for
these kids. We would like to do that again this year with your help.
Camperships go to children in single parent homes, families in
trauma, and larger families with financial need. If you would like to
donate to the fund or apply for a scholarship, please contact Kayla
Trianni at (528)872-9100 or e-mail info@camppinnacle.org

CROSSROADS
May the sun rise in front of me
May the rain fall behind me
And the wind follow me
May the angels guard my travels
For they know the road ahead of me
Keep me safe through swirling turns and rolling hills
Let the eagle guide me to the mountaintops
Let the moon light guide me through the night
Lord, thank you for letting me be a biker
