Our 5 lakesare always populated whether folks arefishing, swimming, boating, snowmobilingor admiring the beautiful scenery nomatter the season. Recreation and outdooractivities are many in our city. Many of ourparks have a shelter house, playgroundequipment, and benches to rest andrelax. Fairmont walking trails continue toexpand throughout the city and aroundour 5 lakes to offer beautiful scenery while on a walk. Fairmont hasmultiple soccer fields at one location, softball fields and baseball fields.Squeals of laughter and excitement are contagious as patrons enjoyour awesome Aquatic Park. I am proud to say, Fairmont communitymember volunteers and numerous private financial donations haverestored historic buildings in our city. We cannot wait for you to seethem! Our Red Rock Center, the Martin County Historical Museumand our Fairmont Opera House, to name a few, are ready for visitorsto explore. There is so much to do in Fairmont, whether you are herefor a short time or an extended time. Please enjoy our large number oflocal restaurants, the many retail and specialty shops and as expected,the Fairmont Minnesota nice by our community members.
