The generous support of the Boalt community is the lifeblood of our
school, enabling it to sustain and build upon its tradition of excellence.
Your contributions enhance the school’s ability to recruit exceptional
students, attract a distinguished faculty, and create innovative programs
that keep Boalt on the cutting edge of legal scholarship. We are deeply
grateful to each of the donors whose names are listed in this Annual
Report of Philanthropy.
Together, the members of the Boalt community contributed $8,097,264
in private support to the law school during the past fiscal year. Ninetyone
percent of these gifts came from individuals, including our loyal
alumni, dedicated faculty and generous friends. The remaining nine
percent came from law firms and foundations that are committed to helping
Boalt Hall provide future generations of lawyers with an unparalleled
educational experience.
