The Harvest Festival is a celebration 

of our roots, our agricultural history, a 

celebration about us, for us. Across the 

swinging bridge lies Heritage Park, where 

lies the Historical Society Barn and old 

schoolhouse. Continuing on to Nelson 

Park, further festivities occur at the Rotary 

Bandstand, featuring local performance 

groups. Opening night ceremony includes live 

music and a fish fry. The following day begins 

with the Harvest Festival Parade followed by 

a festival in the park. 

The Classic at Pismo Beach

Each year, The Classic at Pismo Beach 

attracts people and cars from all over the 

United States, with some coming from as 

far away as Alaska and even Australia. Big 

18-wheelers show up from companies like 

Mother’s Polish, GM Performance, Ford 

Motor Co., Budweiser, and many more. The 

show began in the early 80’s and continues 

to attract the hottest classic cars each year 

to this tiny, serene central coast city. Every 

summer, cars line the streets of this little 

beach town where spectators enjoy cool cars 

and great vendors.

Enjoy the Annual Morro Bay Harbor Festival, 

one of the premier events on California’s 

spectacular Central Coast. The pedestrian event 

zone will be located along the Embarcadero and 

will feature a variety of entertaining happenings.

freshest seafood including oysters, shrimp, BBQ 

albacore, rock fish, and chowder. There will also 

be races and water craft demonstrations in the 

Bay and plenty of musical entertainment all day

Ever since, Danish Days celebrates Solvang’s

a signature community event. In early 1995,
