SCORCHED ALMOND BLISS

BALLS

(TESSA & GRETA, AUCKALND)

INGREDIENTS

⁃ 1 cup blanched almond meal

⁃ ¼ cup coconut cream

⁃ 3 tbsp coconut sugar

⁃ 2 tbsp raw cocoa powder

⁃ 2 tbsp almond butter

⁃ 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder

⁃ 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

⁃ 1 tsp salt

For centre and topping

½ cup roasted almonds

METHOD

1. In a large mixing bowl or food processor, place

all the ingredients, except roasted almonds.

Blend or stir until well combined and smooth.

The mixture will be thick and sticky.

2. Roll onto balls and place a roasted almond in

the centre, so when you bite inside you get that

crunch.

3. Decorate all balls with an almond on top.

4. Place in fridge to set for approx 1 hour.

5. Store in a container in the fridge.
