StoneCreek Partners was co‐founded and is led by Donald Bredberg,

who brings 30+ years as a project analyst, master planner, developer, and property manager.

HIS EXPERIENCE HAS INCLUDED:

• KPMG Peat Marwick and Laventhol & Horwath – Bredberg began his professional career with Laventhol & Horwath and subsequently with

KPMG Peat Marwick, where he was involved with feasibility, due diligence, and operations consulting matters for an array of properties,

projects and portfolios.

• Phillips Brandt Reddick (PBR) –at PBR, with co‐founder William Masterson, Bredberg formed the project analysis and development group of

this renown property master planning company. While with PBR, Bredberg supported client planning and development projects throughout the

U.S. and western Europe. PBR’s specialty was large‐scale land planning for projects such as the new town anchored by Paris Disneyland.

• The Irvine Company – Bredberg’s tenure with The Irvine Company occurred as shareholder Donald Bren effected a leveraged buy‐out of this

$10 billion+ master developer headquartered in Orange County, California. Bredberg directed corporate (portfolio) financial planning focused

on feasibility, asset management, and portfolio (forward) financing requirements.

• Newfield Enterprises International (NEI) –the family office of the His Excellencies Abdulaziz, Khalid, and Waleed Al‐Ibrahim, overseeing the

family’s Al Anwae, Al Tameer, and MBC (now Middle East Broadcasting) trading establishments. Bredberg helmed NEI’s $2 billion+ property

investment portfolio, directing acquisitions, facilities and asset management, and project development. Was a co‐founder at the time, of the

Hotel Asset Managers Association.

• NBCUniversal, Parks and Resorts – Bredberg led asset management and development for the Universal Studios CityWalk roll‐out program,

which including CityWalk’s in Hollywood, Orlando, and Osaka, and potential CityWalk locations in the U.S. and worldwide. His work included

new venue concepting and strategic partnering among Universal Studios (and parent company) operating companies, and third‐party

organizations worldwide.
