Legs, Bums and Abs
This month, Taya want to target your legs, bum and abs. She will get you fired up with
these easy exercises. All you need is a mat, if working indoors and some work-out
gear. She takes you through 3 exercises per area of the body in the sequences below.
Repeat each sequence 10, 15 or 20 times on each side and do 3 rounds with 10 seconds
in between each sequence and a 20 second break between each round.
