Aside from how that doesn’t help your immune system, it also doesn’t help you look pretty as your hair is losing vital nutrients like the iron it needs to survive. Most of the iron is largely derived from the green you avoid. Lack of iron in your body may cause hair loss and we know we don’t want to look bald. Avocado: This provides Vitamin E which improves the blood circulation and helps your follicles work efficiently. You can easily add avocado to your breakfast or make a delicious green smoothie with it. 5 Nuts: These Omega 3 fatty acid givers should be your go-to for silky hair and hair-loss treatment. They are high in protein and zinc, and are also great for promoting strong and slinky hair.
