Cabaret All Stars at Proud Embankment
Proud Embankment will re-open its Vegas style Cabaret All Stars from
8 August, headlined by the UK’s favourite entertainer Denise Van Outen and
an incredible line up of world-class Circus and Cabaret performers,
including several of Cirque Du Soleil fame.
Cirque du Soleil performer Katherine Would joins the Proud family, as
well as international touring Circus Artist Nadia Lumley, specialising in both
Cyr Wheel and breakdance. Darlings of the Moulin Rouge J’Adore La Vie
will bring their haute couture burlesque to party and the infamous
international burlesque show ghoul, horror diva and Brazilian bombshell
Marie Devilreux is set to astonish. Zoe Marshall will leave audiences
stunned with her rare mouth balancing act and aerial hair hanging, whilst
multi-talented Kat Lilwall will be showcasing her aerial skills, hoop and
chains, fire breathing and contortion and burlesque.
Alex Proud says: ‘London is still the greatest city for entertainment in the
world. We will be welcoming audiences back to the biggest and best
Cabaret experience on Earth. Quite frankly, this is the most important launch
event of my life. I’m prepared to put my neck on the line and be the first to
re-open, because we want our customers to know that they are our priority.
They can trust us to get this right, and to look after their health and safety as
we have been looking after audiences for years.’
The venue has undergone a complete makeover to increase capacity by
50% and ensure maximum social distancing. With a new modern, glass
surround on the upper level at Embankment that ensures clear sightlines
and optimum hygiene, Proud is welcoming customers back in style.
The spectacular showstopper Cabaret All Stars will feature Europe’s most
talented music, cabaret, drag and acrobatic acts, performing exclusively in
the UK’s biggest and most opulent cabaret venue. Each evening, Denise Van
Outen will take to the stage to perform and introduce the audience to the
unforgettable acts. Guests will be treated to a three-course menu with
welcome cocktail while enjoying the spectacle. Drinks on offer throughout
the night include a prohibition-era inspired cocktail menu to match the
glamorous Gatsby-esque venue. Tickets can be booked on 020 7482 3867.
