We will be taking you carefully through various exercises from the Classical Mat Method of Pilates.
In a step-by-step approach, you will be able to achieve some of the more difficult and advanced
exercises. We have broken down certain exercises which many find daunting, frustrating or just
impossible! We are confident that you will be amazed by the results: after one and half hours, you
will be ready to build on a few careful preparations and tips on achieving a complete exercise, and
you will be fully confident about teaching these superb exercises. With this new approach you will
be able to pass on the knowledge, not just to yourself but to clients and colleagues alike.
We will finish our session at the conference with a special series of movements from our
