Before we go look at homes, it is important to distinguish between what you need in a home versus
what you want. If there are two of you making this decision, I would like both of you to complete the
worksheet so that we are all clear as to what you are looking for in a home. Keep in mind, no home is
going to have 100% of everything that you want and need. If we get to 85% that is just about right, so
let’s make an offer!
