Eighth Deliverable – Reporting Architecture<br />
The consultant will be required to study the existing user manuals and other technical<br />
literature. The consultant will further identify the user group and stakeholders who has an<br />
interest in this module and consult with them to determine the requirements. The<br />
following items must be delivered,<br />
● A detail list of requirements for this module,<br />
○ The list must be organized in order of expected dependency<br />
○ Each of the requirements must be well described and where applicable be<br />
accompanied with diagrams<br />
○ Where applicable, it is expected that the consultant will use mockup screens<br />
to explain a specific concept<br />
○ The consultant will further have to study the existing system and document<br />
the user inputs to describe the required changes.<br />
● A detail list of users and stakeholders<br />
○ Each requirement must be linked to a minimum of one user with contact<br />
details. It is expected that this user will be responsible for further<br />
clarifications.<br />

Tenth Deliverable - Future Enhancements of the System<br />
It is expected that additional software modules will be developed and integrated into the<br />
IPPIS solution. A preliminary investigation identified the following modules for which a<br />
requirements analysis and high-level description of functionality is required and must be<br />
documented,<br />

● Contract Management for temporary workers and consultants<br />

● Organogram for a specific individual / department or organization
