● 5 years experience in HRIS data management.<br />

Minimum Academic Qualifications Required<br />

● Must have a Bachelors degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/<br />

Management with + 5 years of experience or a Masters degree in Information<br />

Technology/Computer Science/ Management with +4 Years of experience.<br />

Personal Qualities Required<br />

● Positive and energetic team player<br />

● Decisive and stress resistant<br />

● Independent and self-motivated<br />

● Highly responsible and reliable<br />

● Must be flexible and have the ability to adapt to changing requirements<br />

● Communication, organizational, interpersonal, analytical and time management<br />

skills<br />

TIMING AND LOCATION<br />

The consultant is expected to attend all meetings, work sessions and training sessions as<br />

requested by the Program Manager. It is expected that the consultant will further engage in<br />

various activities, where relevant for each deliverable, as follows,<br />

● Requirements Analysis (Meeting with team members, stakeholders and end-users<br />

● Requirement Specifications<br />

● Confirmation of specifications and discussions with team members<br />

The consultancy period approved for this consultancy is six months. It is expected that the<br />

consultant will propose a sufficient time-line indicating how and when the required<br />

deliverables will be delivered. This proposed schedule will be used as the basis for deriving<br />

a final deliverable and payment schedule during contract negotiations.<br />

The consultant must also understand that this is considered a new system development<br />

and that the various project team leaders / management may at any stage request a slight<br />

change in the expected deliverables. If this does happen, it will be done in consultation with<br />

the consultant.<br />
