4. Financial Proposal - Mifotra

This contract (referred to as “Contract “below) is concluded on [day] of [month] [year], between,
on one part, [Client’s name] (herebey referred to as “Client”) and, on the other part, [Consultant’s
name] (hereby referred to as “Consultant”).
GIVEN THAT
(a) the client wants the Consultant to supply him with some consultancy services as
stipulated in this contract (hereby referred to as « Services »);
(b) the consultant, having demonstrated to the client that he/she possesses the required
professional competencies, agreed to provide the services in conformity with the
terms of reference and conditions stipulated in this contract;
FOR THESE REASONS, THE PARTIES TO THIS CONTRACT agree on the following:
1. Services
(i) The consultant provides the services stipulated in Appendix A “Terms of Reference and Scope
of Services” which constitute an integral part to this contract.
(ii) The consultant submits reports to the client in the format and time specified in Appendix C
“Obligations of the Consultant in relation to Reporting”.
2. Calendar
The consultant will offer his/her services during the period starting from [insert the date of
commencement o activities] and ending [insert the date of completion of activities], or during any other period
upon which all the parties can agree in the future in writing.
