1989

It all started with a pizza delivery back in 1989. Since then the innovational

spirit of the founders as well as the extraordinary quality of the pizza products

made Point of Food to the company that it is today: a family-run business that

brings pizza products to caterers and wholesalers on a national and international

level.

At Point of Food we value our staff and their dedication that

allows us to create our unique, high quality products, proudly

produced by hand and with heart. Our success is also build on

long-term loyal partnerships with our customers who inspired our

work over the years. We achieved a lot in the past three decades and

would like to share our knowledge and experience by creating,

improving and providing the best possible pizza products.

Our products are custom made for every kind of food service

from business-, travel- and event catering to university,

school and care catering. Every sector has special requirements

and demands that we aim to satisfy and fulfill. That

is why we offer pizza products in every convenience level

– from our famous pizza dough balls to ready topped and

pre-sliced pizzas in every form.

Fresh Dough Bases

If you want to cut short on time and workload while handling pizza dough, the fresh

dough pizza base is right for you! The fresh dough is already rolled into shape, carefully

frozen and ready to top and bake!

Preperation instructions

on a round baking grill or pizza

pan.

under nutritional aspects and especially for healthy catering

at schools, universities and businesses. The outcome:

less fat, more fiber, no unwanted additives and

The Point Snack is the ideal pizza snack: the authentic

triangular pizza shape and delicious taste are

combined in a handy size. Twelve Point Snacks fit on

one GN sized baking tray (28 x 48cm) that chefs can

Pala is a traditional pizza specialty originated in Rome.

The dough is pulled manually and therefore gets its typical

oval shape. Pala is traditionally served on a shovel-like

wooden board which is named “Pala” in Italy.
