What are the Downstream Technical Disciplines that will be covered
during the 4 days of the conference?
The ADIPEC 2020 Virtual Downstream Technical Conference, organised by dmg events,
will cover 11 sessions across 11 Downstream Technical Categories. To find out more

What if I am unable to attend any of the sessions, are the conference
sessions available OnDemand? How can I access the video sessions of
each day after they have concluded?
Yes, if you are a registered delegate, you can log in to the ADIPEC Virtual Conference platform
at any hour of the day using your provided log in credentials. You will be able to access the
OnDemand version of the session within one hour after the session has taken place. Please
note, the OnDemand stream will be available for 4 weeks after the event has taken place.

What are the conference timings?
The ADIPEC 2020 Virtual
Technical Conference will take place
from 9 – 12 November 2020.
What time zone are the sessions streamed in?
Day 1 - 11:30 - 15:30 GST - GULF STANDARD TIME
Day 2 - 9:30 - 15:30 GST - GULF STANDARD TIME
Day 3 - 9:30 - 15:30 GST - GULF STANDARD TIME
Day 4 - 9:30 - 13:00 GST - GULF STANDARD TIME
All Conference Session timings are Gulf Standard Time. We advise you to adjust your
calendar/schedule accordingly. When you access the platform, the timings of the
sessions will be shown based on your own computer settings.
How do I find a specific Technical Conference session?
Once you log in to the Virtual Conference platform using your log in credentials, you will
be able to access the contents of each session embedded within the platform. Visit the
live interactive conference agenda and filter down the session that you are interested in
and note the timings of the same.
Is my registration and credentials secured?
Yes, your registration is GDPR compliant and your log in credentials are secured via
2-Factor Authentication processes. While logging into the platform, you will receive a
magic link email on your registered address that you will need to use to enter and log in
successfully to the platform; ensuring 2-Factor Authentication and making sure that only
you are able to access the virtual conference.

Am I eligible for the Virtual Global Meetings Programme?
And how can I access the Virtual Global Meetings Programme
All conference delegates are eligible to use the Virtual Global Meetings Programme and
can set up virtual meetings with Partners, Sponsors, Speakers, Strategic Delegates and
fellow Technical Delegates, Exhibitors and Media Partners. All meeting requests and
confirmations are managed via the virtual platform. All confirmed technical delegates will
receive an Onboarding Guide with complete information on ‘How To?’ two weeks before
the event.
Is there any specific software and hardware I need to download to
access the conference?
No, there is no additional software or hardware that you will need to install. You
will need a stable internet connection and a laptop, mobile or a tablet to view the
conference using an internet browser. It is recommended to use Google Chrome.
As a Technical Delegate, do I have access to the Virtual Exhibition,
Strategic Conference, Awards Ceremony and Upstream, Midstream
and Downstream Technical Conferences?
All Technical Delegates can access the Virtual Exhibition, Awards and the Upstream,
Midstream and Downstream Technical Conferences. Technical Delegates DO NOT have
access to the Strategic Conference. You can gain access to the Strategic Conference
by upgrading your pass. If you wish to do so, please email the ADIPEC team at adipec.

How and when will I receive my log in details?
Once you register as a delegate, you will receive an email with access instructions.
The email will be sent from ADIPECVirtual@dmgevents.com. Please make sure to
check your spam folder if you do not receive the email by Thursday 15 October 2020.
It is also advised to note down your log in credentials to access the OnDemand
stream later.
