Conference <strong>Program</strong><br />
Meeting Location<br />
Concurrent sessions will be held in the Student Center Complex on the Temple University Campus<br />
conveniently located near SEPTA Temple Regional Rail and Cecil B. Moore Station on the Broad<br />
Street Line. Specific presentation times and room locations listed in this program are subject to change.<br />
Online Registration:<br />
https://www.asmeconferences.org/<strong>JRC</strong><strong>2012</strong>. There is a $100 additional fee if you register after March<br />
31, <strong>2012</strong>.<br />
Registration Desk:<br />
Attendees are strongly recommended to register early. Registration will be held in the conference hotel<br />
on Monday, April 16 th from 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm and in the Student Center Complex on the Temple<br />
campus on Tuesday, April 17 th Wednesday, April 18 th from 7:30am until 5:00 pm and Thursday, April<br />
19 th from 7:30am until 12:50pm. All persons attending the conference will be required to register, and<br />
pay the appropriate fee for registration. Please wear your badges to all sessions and activities.<br />

Please note: Non-members who pay full conference rate will be eligible for one year free membership<br />
in ASME. Fill out the application forms that are available at the registration desk.<br />
Conference Reception and Banquet:<br />
All conference attendees and guests are encouraged to take the opportunity to meet and discuss ideas<br />
with industry peers at the Reception and Poster Session on Tuesday evening and at the Conference<br />
Reception and Banquet on Wednesday evening. These events will be held in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in<br />
Center City Philadelphia (the conference hotel).<br />
The Conference Banquet and <strong>Program</strong> will be held immediately following the reception.<br />
Reception and Banquet tickets are provided to all Conference Registrants with your name badge.<br />
Additional tickets for the Conference Reception and Banquet may be purchased for $50 at the<br />
registration desk.<br />
