Distribution Record Date: October 21, 2004
On September 1, 2004, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada confirmed the
Debtor's Plan of Reorganization (the "Plan") for PurchasePro.com. As provided in the Plan, each holder
of Class 7 equity securities as of the Distribution Record Date is entitled to receive its' pro rata share of
any distributions from the Liquidation Trust. A copy of the Plan, the Order Confirming the Plan, and the
Liquidating Trust Agreement may be viewed at http : //www gordonsilver com/public - filings
In order for Class 7 beneficial owners to receive their pro rata distribution, nominees must take one of the
following actions:
1. Provide Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC ("KCC"), the Claims and Noticing Agent, with an
electronic file of your clients, including the client name, full address, and the number of shares
held as of the Distribution Record Date no later than 5:00 p.m. (EST) on October 6, 2009, or
2. Provide KCC with the quantity of Beneficial Owner Information Form (the "Owner Form")' that you
need in order to forward to the beneficial holders. Upon your receipt of the Owner Forms, you will
distribute such forms to the beneficial holders with appropriate instructions on completion and
remittance. Once the beneficial owner has completed the Owner Form, they will need to return it
to your office for verification. All completed and verified Owner Forms must be returned to
KCC no later than 5:00 p.m. (EST) on November 3, 2009. Delivery of an Owner Form to KCC
by facsimile, email, or any other electronic means shall not be valid.
