As provided in the Plan, each holder of Class 7 equity securities as of the Distribution Record Date is entitled to receive its' pro rata share of any distributions from the Liquidation Trust. A copy of the Plan, the Order Confirming the Plan, and the Liquidating Trust Agreement may be viewed at bttn://www.gordonsilver.com/public-filings In order for Class 7 registered beneficial owners to receive their pro rata distribution, they must complete a Beneficial Owner Information Form ("Owner Form") and return it along with proof of ownership as of 10/21/04 (such as a statement from the transfer agent) to Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC ("KCC"), the Claims and Noticing Agent.
