Rosewood Le Guanahani St. Barth
St. Barth’s renowned retreat Le Guanahani is set
to open under the Rosewood flag in spring 2021
following an extensive restoraCon of the fabled
property. Spread across more than seven lush
hectares on a private peninsula looking across
two golden beaches – Marigot Bay and Grand-de-
Sac – and a reef-protected lagoon, Rosewood Le
Guanahani St. Barth will offer luxury guest rooms,
suites and villas, many with private pools, as well
as a beachfront dining concept, Rosewood
Explorers kids’ club, A Rosewood Spa and a
myriad of water sports.

Amanvari, Mexico
Situated in Baja’s East Cape neighbouring the
recently opened Four Season Costa Palmas and
fronted by the Sea of Cortez – the tranquil
Amanvari will be comprised of 20 individual bilevel
pavilions set within a beachfront mangrove
jungle. Perched on sClts over a stunning
waterway and designed to appear as floaCng
islands. Framed by the Sierra de la Laguna
mountain range, the property was once the site
of a historic hacienda and will offer visitors three
restaurants (including a major name chef yet to
be announced), a library and lounge, an infinity
pool with four hot tubs and a spa pavilion.
Bvlgari Paris
A new Bvlgari Hotel is scheduled to open in Paris,
in 2021 following Milan, London, Bali and the
recent opening of Beijing, Dubai and Shanghai in
2018. The Bvlgari Hotels and Resorts collecCon
will grow to ten properCes between 2022 and
2023 with the inauguraCons of Moscow, Roma
and Tokyo. Designed by the Italian architectural
firm Antonio CiNerio Patricia Viel, and the
renowned Parisian architects Valode & Pistre, the
Hotel will be located at 30 Avenue George V. This
Avenue forms with the Champs Elysees and the
Avenue Montaigne the famous “Triangle d’Or”,
one of Paris’ most exclusive and disCncCve areas
offering a wealth of luxury shopping,
entertainment and cultural aNracCons.
