EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONSEvery day Wayne Brothers employees exceed expectations. Here are some of their stories.Kyle Bennett not only is he the youngestSuperintendent that WB has he is also the mosteager for continued knowledge. He alwaysis ready and willing to work right next to hissubordinates in any weather and time of day. Kyleoften stays until 730 pm, finishing up the day andplanning for future tasks. He connects well withthe younger employees and has understandingof what he needs to say to get more work out ofeach craftsmen. His general respect draws oldercraftsmen as well. All in all you can’t go wrong withKyle Bennett, the true future of WB.– Marcus BoltonI wanted to say an extra big thank you to someof the guys that helped me with my oil spill. Thank youKevin Morris and Alan Hill!!– Billy HoneycuttA huge thank you goes to the FacilitiesMaintenance Team – Daniel Honeycutt, Mike Tagg,Todd Gault and Mark Goodman for installing thebeautiful landscaping at the 257 building. Theyleveled dirt / removed rocks to install 15,000 SF ofsod and seed four acres. Additionally, they installedapproximately 160 shrubs and trees aroundthe building and an additional 67 trees alongConcrescere Parkway. All of this work was donewith excellence which is evident in the high qualityfinished product. And a big thank you goes toJason Wade for his support operating a skid steerand dozer and to Kevin Steele and Gary Akers forproviding manpower from time-to-time.– Alan GoodmanI just want to take a minute and recognize KevinMorris. He has a great “how can I help” attitude.Nelson Lowers called me to tell me how Kevin isalways ready to jump in and help in the morningswhen he comes in. I’ve always noticed that if Kevincan give you a hand he is there and willing, whilehaving a smile or a funny comment. He is a joyto work with and one of the people I always lookforward to seeing.– Jason MauneyA sincere thank you to Ashely Huscio and MeredithDorton for planning and delivering a very specialrecognition of our Wayne Brothers veterans. Thisrecognition included installing three new flag polesand a powerful program, including the UnitedStates Army Color Guard. The American flag, Stateflag and Wayne Brothers flag were hoisted abovethe Wayne Brothers / Concrescere Corporate Parkcampus for the first time. This was followed bytreating our veterans to a delicious meal. Also, a bigthank you goes to Mike Smithwick, affectionatelyknown as D6-Mike, for being the person whoinitiated this wonderful addition of the Americanflag to our campus.– Alan GoodmanKudos to Cindy Sims for being a team playerand taking on all the administrative work forProcess Integration!!!– Lisa WebsterWhile coming back from lunch on Odell SchoolRd (a night mare at lunch time , the water pumpon my truck went out. I had to quickly pull off theroad. What made this even more serious was that Ihad an Orientation class that started back at 1:00. Icalled John Mullis and he and Dale Whitson cameand got me and my truck back to the shop. Theclass never missed a minute and John helped meget my truck to a place to get it fixed.
