Dear Mr Behrens, Francis Ekengwu, Acc Evans, IPT,
Please find enclosed SD card with 26 page and 52 page PDF documents proving the NHS willful neglect and doctored blood tests that
began at the Albrighton Medical Practice 2010. Hard copy versions are enclosed for Francis Ekengwu who I have also provided hard
copy versions of all the letters on SD; they demonstrate how the my brother in law's letter of April 2010 forms the basis of an NHS
and police smear campaign that continues to date.
I emailed West Mercia Jan of this year to report I am being stalked - including being photographed walking towards Beachy Head.
Whilst being defamed by West Mercia and Pledger (who have covered up the Telford Hangings claiming they were suicides) this
means I am also at risk.
Instead of supporting me, some West Mercia officers sent a local E.Sussex Community Officer to inform me - I am allegedly 'mentally
ill' - more defamation. And this despite sending my historical medical notes June 2016 to West Mercia's PSDs proving I've never had
mental health issues, with Spt Gary Watson recording local West Mercia officers had defamed me.
Please see the email to Gary Watson 6 March 2017 about local West Mercia officers turning up Jan 2016 to check whether I had
written to Kestral House, which shows they were directly involved in covering up the wills/Court of Protection corruption. As soon as
I switched my recorder off, Sgt Bailey said, "Shall we send a mental health assessor?" - another threat.
Please read the letter to Dr Bird dated 30 April 2018. Please also read carefully the 7 page letter to PHSO dated 6 Feb 2018, again.
Also on the SD card is a folder with images of the stalker-intimidators (the local Eastbourne regular told me he is from Rotherham).
There's another folder with proof of the ongoing hacking, email blocks which is blocking almost all work - work I do get has been
interfered-with (sparse, low pay, minor publications, not my choice of topics). When I research ideas to propose, they appear in
other publications - police can check your Google searches, so third parties hand on my ideas this way, if not through
hacking-viewing my proposals en-route with email.
The letter to Dr Bird at the Albrighton Medical Practice dated 30 April 2018 - hard copy for each of you - gives a back ground as to
why I would be targeted for this smear campaign and defamed as mentally ill. You will see from the letter dated 24 Jan 2012 to Dr
Orledge (Albrighton's practice manager) I had to travel to London to a private GP to get antibiotics (that GP also joined in the smear
campaign). See pg 2 of the 26 pg PDF where Dr Bird said 6 April 2011, "We are treating you by not treating you."
This is a miscarriage of justice, as is the course of justice being perverted through the same hacking and surveillance. I believe it is
rogue individuals misusing power in police/GCHQ/Mi5/Mi6 and related private contractors as instructed by MPs or the
aforementioned bodies, to cover up their and other state bodies (NHS, Court of Protection, social services) misdemeanors that my
brother in law and sister could also be involved with.
My first PHSO of 2012-13 case was corrupted - you will see evidence on the respective 26pg and 52pg PDFs - where the PHSO's
clinical arbiter claims the Albrighton Medical Practice did nothing wrong - I have stated my concern the clinical arbiter could be a
freemason; the head of UGLE is a GP and a clinical arbiter for the PHSO. The PHSO dealing with my initial case of 2012-13 claimed my
brother in law's poison pen letter had had no detrimental effect on my medical care; the letter and smear campaign has not only
directly affected my medical care but with it, my career, work and friendships ...in combination with the hacking that continues
selectively blocking my communications.
The PHSO also claim I was 'confused', they have obviously hidden information they didn't want me to see, the clinical arbiter claimed
the Albrighton practice had done everything to help - March-April 2011 Albrighton refused to give me antibiotics for a chest
infection so septic I had to travel to a private GP for antibiotics - whilst Dr Bird suddenly claiming I had never had chest infection and
"We are treating you by not treating you." After many visits to A&E - even A&E New Cross turned me away at 3am telling me I was
'mentally ill'. I was blocked from seeing my Immunologist and lung specialists (I was coughing blood) and subsequent attempts

esulted in replacement Immunologist Dr North hiding my blood tests, claiming my immune condition had 'healed itself' - by that
point I had been 'removed' and allotted Russell House where Dr Wakeman was told my blood tests were 'normal' (see Dr North's
letter 1 Oct 2013 to Wakeman, the tests show my WBC clearly abnormal at 3.4) and where Dr Wakeman claimed my chest infection
of Oct 2014 was a 'cough' - the Russell House practice had by that point removed my medical notes; a fact that W. Mercia's PC
Jenkins made me aware March 2015, when instead of starting investigations into the hacking and doctored blood tests he laughed,
"Defamation. Ask your medical practice to see your notes."
The willful neglect continued at Russell House and that respective 2015 PHSO was never concluded.
At Russell House, Dr Wakeman, DR Lamb and Lynn Fern requested a meeting to bully me when I asked why my blood tests are being
doctored - with Wakeman telling lies that the poison pen letter was from my sister to my GP Dr Bird, when it was from my brother in
law to another GP at the Albrighton Medical Practice who was not my GP; Dr Perry.
The willful neglect has continued to date at the Lighthouse Practice - all based on the poison pen letter from my brother in law and
the NHS-police-MP's smear campaign. And this 'backed up' by doctoring blood tests, medical records with misuse of power to
harass, stalk, hack and undermine.
Regards the blacklisting, I recall how when I was bullied at NOW! (Network of the World) - an incident noted in my historical medical
notes - my boss bullied me. He was called Matthew, I can't remember his surname. The day I left, he said in front of all present, "You
will never work again." This was 2000 - I was then undermined at my next job, at BBC Radio 4's Today programme.
As I have reported to West Mercia and the IPCC by 2002-2004 I couldn't get work and I now believe I was put on the Thomson
Reuters World Check terror list/similar then. I think it started in 2001.
By 2010 - also reported to West Mercia and the IPCC - I overheard my sister saying to my mother three times, "Sue will never work
again" (2 days before I was to visit my father at Kestral House - she knew I was going there). Through Googling, I later found out
this was when my MP Mark Pritchard - and another MP - joined the Parliamentary Intelligence Services committee - by 2013 both
were exposed in the cash for access scandal. Another reason - as a journalist on Pritchard's patch - to placed on another
blacklist/RIPAed. Pritchard recieves an income from Soufan, a pvt intelligence agency similar to Black Cube who stalked and harassed
Harvey Weinstein's victims and journalists keen to expose the scandal, to silence them.
I would like written apologies, to know who has been operating this and why, for the hacking, stalking and doctoring of my blood
tests to stop and all surveillance (at home, through phones and Pcs, outside) to also stop. And to be removed from all blacklists such
as the Thomson Reuters World Check terror list/RIPA/similar - compensation for the years of persecution and vindictive
discrimination.
I hope that the IPT, West Mercia and PHSO will now right the wrongs of the past.
