Eligibility<br />
The Wage Subsidy program<br />
allows a worker to gain skills<br />
and experience in addition to<br />
employment, and the employer<br />
gets the financial support<br />
needed to train their hire.<br />
The amount of Wage Subsidy<br />
depends on how much training<br />
is necessary, usually starting at<br />
50% and tapering down to 15%<br />
of the new worker’s wage over<br />
