2 NIGHTOWL CONVENIENCE
Many of our large <strong>Trade</strong> <strong>Partner</strong>s are still operating under fairly<br />
tight Covid restrictions around visiting customers and all travel.<br />
To accomodate this we have decided to keep our conference in<br />
Queensland to minimise travel requirements. We considered<br />
only venues who had strict and detailed Covid Safe plans in place.<br />
We are proud to announce that in late August, we will be holding<br />
the <strong>2021</strong> Annual NightOwl conference at the spectacular...<br />
WHAT IS THE COVID SAFE PLAN<br />

“The Star Gold Coast Site Specific COVID Safe Guidelines have been prepared<br />
in response to the COVID pandemic and are consistent with guidance<br />
provided by the Australian Government and Queensland Government<br />
authorities. These guidelines have been designed to ensure our partners<br />
and guests have a clear understanding of the expectation when attending<br />
The Star Gold Coast. These guidelines underpin the approved The Star Gold<br />
Coast Site Specific COVID Safe Plan approved by the Health authorities of<br />
the Queensland Government.<br />
The safety and wellbeing of our guests, team members, partners and<br />
community are our top priority at The Star Gold Coast. This document<br />
outlines the implementation of initiatives that minimise risks relating to<br />
COVID-19. Measures include social distancing and customer interaction<br />
policies, heightened cleaning and hygiene, training, emergency response<br />
and compliance.<br />

A dedicated COVID-19 Task Force will focus on the continuous improvement<br />

Overview<br />
In recent years, NightOwl had previously invited<br />
<strong>Trade</strong> <strong>Partner</strong>s to sponsor the annual conference<br />
in which you attended the conference, networked<br />
with the FSO Team & Franchisees directly, and then<br />
went back to business as usual after the conference.<br />
This format meant that the opportunity for the <strong>Trade</strong><br />
<strong>Partner</strong> to get a return on investment was limited<br />
to the 2-3 day event.<br />
We propose to move the focus to more of an “Annual<br />
Package” rather that just an Annual Conference. This<br />
being inclusive of those specific conference benefits<br />
along with an additional variety of ongoing rewards<br />
and incentives that are realised for the entire year.<br />
