ANSWER:
1. Make sure you’re a FOREVER Club Member.
2. Log in to your FOREVER Account.
3. Navigate to “Account Settings” and then “FOREVER Club.”
4. Apply FOREVER Club dollars to any of your recurring payments by turning the toggle
button to “Yes.”

QUESTION: What types of media can I put into my FOREVER Media Conversion Box?
ANSWER: You can put photos, photo albums, negatives, slides, film, video tapes, and audio
cassettes, tapes, records, and 8-tracks into your Media Conversion Box.

Print Shop
QUESTION: How long will it take for me to receive my printed project?
ANSWER: Print orders typically take 3-5 business days to manufacture before shipping. During
peak holiday season, manufacturing time may be longer. We ship all orders Monday through Friday
(excluding major holidays). Once your order has shipped, your tracking number can be found with
your Order History in FOREVER. Shipping time depends on the shipping method you chose when
purchasing your project.

QUESTION: Where can I find my personal referral link?
ANSWER: When logged in to your FOREVER Account, you can find your personal referral link on
the “Referrals” page at forever.com/referrals. Use your link to refer friends to FOREVER and receive
$5 USD to use at FOREVER.com for each friend who confirms their email address. Your friends will
receive a $10 USD Welcome Coupon to use at FOREVER.com, too!
