You may be surprised to hear that it can bedone for no financial outlay using equipment you already haveand online services that are free to use. Whilst this may seemattractive, bear in mind that ‘free’ is not always a good businessmodel and many companies have gone to the wall whenoffering an unpaid-for set-up; just as you were becomingsuccessful with thousands of listeners baying for more, yourpodcast and hard work disappears overnight!! If however youwant to take matters seriously be prepared to trowel outabout $5 a month. There are other price tiers with otherbenefits, the most common being improved stats giving you farmore detail and insight into your hard earned listenership aswell as a greater monthly download allowance.
